About Us
Hammock Preserve is a community located in the Palmer Ranch area of Sarasota on 80 acres of beautiful land West of Interstate 75. The community has 388 total units, of which 98 units are paired villas on 36' lots, 196 units on are 52' lots, and 94 units are on 66' lots.
